Grit, Grace, and Growing Up in El Paso
I grew up in the desert, sun, and soul of El Paso, Texas. I was surrounded by family values, faith, and the kind of straight-talk that comes from the border. My mother taught me that you show up for people — not when it's convenient, but when it matters. That lesson shaped everything I am.
My journey hasn't always been a straight line. I've been through hard seasons — loss, significant life transitions, and the messy, beautiful work of reinvention. I learned early on that life doesn't just hand you a path. Sometimes you have to cut through the brush and make your own.

Today I call Encinal, Texas home — a small, quiet town in South Texas where I live with my husband and our pets. I love the outdoors, sports, and the deep sense of community that comes with small-town life.
I didn't become a life coach because it sounded like a good career. I became one because I lived through the kinds of moments my clients face — and I wished someone had been there for me. Now I'm here for them.
